FROM ONE UNIT TO MANY — WITHOUT REDESIGNING

Once the model unit is staged and approved, we extend that concept into standardized furnishing packages for the remaining units. This allows developers to: sell the same layout multiple times, furnish units quickly and consistently, reduce operational decisions, accelerate handover timelines

Depending on the developer’s sales strategy, units can be delivered in two ways. In some projects, units are fully furnished as turnkey homes, with furniture sold together with the property.

 

In other cases, the staged furniture is relocated to the next available unit once a sale is completed, allowing the same furniture package to be reused across multiple units during the sales phase.
